Camp Programs Director

The Camp Programs Director specializes in the planning, implementation, and execution of all GRP programming. In addition to the program leadership and logistical focus of this job, this position assists with hiring and management of 100+ seasonal staff employees. During programming months, this person will live onsite and be immersed in camp programs and weekend events. This is a salaried position ($50,000 - $60,000 DOE) that includes a generous benefits package, semi-private housing on camp during the operating season and meals when programs are in session, and a flexible schedule in the off-season.
