Staff Campout

The adventure of Campout brings us on an epic backpacking expedition to various locations all over the Preserve. Yesterday, our staff departed to spend their first night together in the wilderness. For tonight, Mentors will be spending the night at Clyde Lyde shelter while Counselors enjoy the evening at Turkey Field. The many moments of experiential learning throughout Campout, from backcountry cooking techniques to practicing principles of Leave No Trace, will leave our staff fully prepared for our upcoming two and three-week sessions.
