Educational Farm Manager

Green River Preserve’s Educational Farm Manager holds a key leadership role in advancing Green River Preserve’s mission to inspire environmental stewards through joyful connection to nature. Responsible for daily farm operations, you will lead seasonal staff, cultivate crops for camp programs, and serve as the primary instructor and coordinator for the KALE (Kids Agriculture Learning Experience) program. In the off-season, you will prioritize projects to develop the farm and prepare for the next season. Ultimately, your warmth, enthusiasm, and strong leadership will foster a vibrant, educational farm environment for over 1,000 campers and students each year.

Semi-private housing, full benefits, and professional development support provided. Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 DOE. Ideal start date January 4, 2027.
