Hi, I’m Ulises!

Although Ulises was born in Mexico City, one of the largest and most populated cities in the world, he has always been in close contact with nature. His maternal family comes from a town near the shores of Lake Chapala, where he developed a strong connection with the natural environment. However, it was during his studies in Environmental Sciences that he truly fell in love with camping and had deeper contact with nature and different ecosystems, engaging in activities such as hiking, camping, and learning how to cook and live outdoors. His academic background also taught him how to understand and enjoy nature in different ways. This is Ulises’ first summer at GRP, and he is very excited to meet new people, learn, and share his knowledge.
