Camp Intern

Meet Tara, a Texas native and a senior at the University of Dayton, majoring in Communications Management and Spanish. With a passion for outdoor stewardship and conservation, she has always felt at home in nature, sparked by childhood camping trips with her family and now national park trips with her siblings. As a college student, Tara has embraced various roles at a Texas summer camp, discovering her love for both the behind-the-scenes logistics and the face-to-face interactions that make camp experiences unforgettable. Her semester in Europe reinforced their love for trying new things and embarking on adventures; leading her to GRP. Now, Tara is thrilled to join the GRP family as their programs intern, eager to blend the fun of a summer camp with the importance of outdoor education and making many new memories along the way!
