CampIn Touch Tips: Faxing Forms
When faxing in forms listed in CampIn Touch, please fax to 828-333-5669. This fax number is linked to CampIn Touch and places the Parent Authorization, Physician’s Examination, Immunization, and Store Authorization Forms into each camper’s account. Please do not fax these four forms to the main GRP fax number. It will slow the process down.
Also, when you have faxed barcoded forms to us, please expect them to take about 24-48 hours to show up as complete in your camper’s CampIn Touch file. (Please keep the originals, just in case there is a glitch or if something is incomplete when it shows up in our batch form printing.)
