If you are enrolled in camp for 2015 and have not yet logged back in to your CampInTouch account, you may be surprised to see several documents there under the “Forms & Documents” link for paperwork that must be filled out prior to your camper’s arrival at camp. Listed below is a guide to what each form is for and why it is important.
This form has some questions that help our staff get to know your camper better prior to arrival. This form asks about what the camper is looking forward to most about camp, what he/she is hoping to get out of camp, and provides an opportunity for any other information that he/she wants to share with the counselor.
We must have this form three weeks prior to your child’s arrival at camp so we can build the activity schedules for that session. Double click on an activity in the box on the left to add it to the “Requests” box on the right. Then, you can arrange the activities using the up and down arrows to adequately express your camper’s preferences. For instance, your child’s most desired activity should be the first one listed in the box on the right. You can also visit our website’s activity page to learn more about each of the activities offered.
Setting up your child’s camp store account is done entirely online. The process is a 3-step process.
2. Click on “Financial Management” on your CampInTouch dashboard. Then click “Add credit card” on the following page. Enter your credit card information here.
Because the store is online, you will be able to track your child’s purchases throughout their session by logging in to your CampInTouch account and clicking on “View Accounts.”
Please share how your child will get to camp as well as who will be dropping them off and picking them up.
This form is critical for planning, supply orders, as well as the general well-being of your child. Please be thorough so we can accommodate special dietary requests as well as be prepared in the case of an emergency.
The two forms in this section can either be faxed to the number listed on the form or scanned and uploaded through your CampInTouch account.
According to our accreditation standards, campers must have a Physician’s Examination form signed by a licensed medical professional on file to attend camp. The physical needs to have occurred within 12 months of the child’s arrival at camp. Many urgent care facilities will provide this service for a small fee.
Our Green River Preserve staff cannot treat your child in case of illness or injury without having a signed Parent Authorization on file.
Parent Handbook: This contains lots of valuable information to help you prepare for camp.
The packing list displayed is applicable to your enrolled session.
Most paperwork is due four weeks prior to your child’s session. The more paperwork that is completed before Opening Day, the smoother Opening Day is for everybody.
