Grand Slam for Session 3 2016!!

What you’ve read is true! Our Session 3 campers made a Grand Slam this year!

A grand slam is when our campers as well as counselors see a bear, deer, turkey, and venomous snake. To celebrate our successful scouting of these wild animals we partake is a massive ice cream party followed by fireworks!

Green River Preserve

Green River Preserve is a non-competitive, coed summer camp connecting children with nature. Located on a 3,400 acre private wildlife preserve in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina, this extraordinary natural setting inspires campers to have a greater understanding of themselves, their environment, and their fellow man.
