A: Counselor
Q: How many years have you been at GRP?
A: This will be my first year at GRP as a staff member and my sixth year overall.
Q: What are you currently doing?
A: I am a RTVF major at Northwestern University.
Q: What is your spirit animal and why?
A: Snakes: Quiet, minding their own business, and not nearly as threatening as they are made out to be.
Q: What are you passionate about?
A: Film and animation, especially when they are lavishly fantastical.
Q: What is your favorite thing to do outside?
A: Rock climb, and/or walk to the top of a hill and look around
Q: Tell us about your favorite trip/experience.
A: I went on a diving trip in Bonaire a few years ago and that was magnificent because it allowed me to advance my skills and get to experience nature in a more personal way.
Q: Why did you choose to come back to GRP this summer?
A: Some of my best memories come from my time at GRP, and I want to help form those memories in other campers.
Q: What is something interesting that happened to you this year?
A: It is my first year at college, which has been a big change. Also, I have developed a taste for strange music!
Q: Where is your favorite place to hike?
A: I think the best place I have been is probably the Rockies, but I am a big fan of the Blue Ridge Mountains as well, especially because of how lush the environment is.
We’re always looking to add qualified, enthusiastic, and adventurous people to our team!
