Hi! I’m Collin

Counselor

Collin was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. He is a full time student at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill where he is majoring in Psychology and Business. He is finishing up his first-year. Collin attended GRP for 8 years, 5 years at base camp, 3 years as an expeditioner, and always wanted to become a counselor. He can’t wait to return to the preserve. As a GRP counselor for the first time, Collin hopes to give his campers the same experience he received in his time there. Collin played soccer for 12 years and wrestled for 1 year in high school. In his free time he enjoys trying new sports, spending time outdoors, hiking, traveling, and exploring the world around him. Collin looks forward to Mentor hikes, Capture the Flag, and Predator vs. Prey.
