Hi! I’m Gloria

Trailblazer Expedition Leader

Gloria grew up living out of a tent taking inventory of the forests out West with her father. Entranced by exploration and adventure books, she received her B.A. in English from Fort Lewis College in Durango, CO. After working for Girl Scouts of Colorado, she became the assistant director for an adaptive sports program in Durango. Gloria then received her M.A. in Political Science from the University of Colorado with a focus on Environmental Policy. She has experience in raft guiding, canoeing, climbing, ski instructing, camping, and mountain bike guiding. In the winter’s you can find her at home in Durango, Colorado with her husband, Brian, her cat, Guinness, and her ol’ dog Rollins.
