Hi! I’m Marsha

Born in California and having lived in Colorado, Marsha now finds home in beautiful North Carolina. She is a plot-to-plate urban farmer and food-as-medicine chef. One of her loves is to experience nature’s wonder with others, especially young people. Her favorite activities are hiking, gardening, camping, cooking, singing, playing guitar, and campfires. Her motto regarding nature is, “let her teach you”. She is delighted to serve with the kitchen staff!
