Jesus has lived in North Carolina his entire life and developed a love for the natural world at a young age. After obtaining a biology degree, he decided to apply to Acadia National Park in Maine as a Youth Conservation Corp Crew Leader. It was here where he realized how much he enjoyed working outdoors and teaching others about ecology, Leave No Trace, and how to keep beautiful places like ANP pristine and natural for future generations. Jesus loves hiking, identifying birds and plants, and cracking jokes with anyone he meets. This will be his first time working in a camp environment, but he’s excited about the opportunity to join this wonderful family.
